Summary
Required Post - Telecaller (Female)
The post is for female candidate. She will have to do telemarketing for
the institute. Calling Candidates through list generated by the Institute. The
major role she will have is generation of footfall at the Institute by
effectively calling the candidates to the institute and explaining the various
courses offered by the institute.
Responsibilities
and Duties
She is accountable for responding to client queries, catching questions,
processing their needs, taking feedback, registering grievances and also
marketing the products, converting leads into clienteles and trying to impart
feelings of allegiance in the candidates.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification - BSc,
BCom, BA, BBA, MBA(Marketing)
Technical Skills - Should have
Computer Proficiency and Data Compiling in Word / Excel
