Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Credit Card Sales Calls
-
Reach out to potential customers from a provided data list via phone calls.

Promote credit card offerings, explaining the benefits, features, and eligibility criteria to the customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable credit card options based on their preferences and financial behavior.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets related to credit card sign-ups and leads generation.
-
Persuade customers to apply for credit cards, highlighting the advantages, such as discounts, cashback, and reward points.

Record accurate customer responses and track progress using the sales system or CRM tools.
2. KYC Verification & Documentation Collection

Collect KYC information such as customer ID, proof of address, proof of income, and any other required documents.

Ensure that all customer details are accurately entered into the relevant CRM or KYC portals.

Guide customers in completing their KYC documentation, ensuring they provide valid documents and details.
-
Verify the authenticity of KYC documents submitted by customers, adhering to company policies and banking regulations.
-
Coordinate with the backend team or concerned departments for document verification and approval.
3. Customer Support & Follow-Ups
-
Assist customers with queries regarding credit card features, application processes, and KYC document submission.
-
Resolve customer concerns related to credit card applications, eligibility criteria, or KYC verification issues.

Follow up with customers who have initiated credit card applications but have not completed the process.

Ensure all customer details are maintained securely and confidentiality is strictly upheld.
4. System Data Entry and Reporting
-
Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in the CRM or KYC systems.

Log customer responses and progress regarding the credit card sales and KYC verification process.
-
Generate and share daily/weekly reports with the supervisors and management on the sales performance, KYC documentation status, and conversion rates.
5. Achieving Sales Targets and KPIs

Work with the sales team to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for credit card applications.

Ensure high-quality service by maintaining a professional approach and adhering to compliance standards during customer interactions.

Strive to increase conversion rates, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet the company’s sales objectives.
-
Provide feedback and suggestions to management about customer queries, needs, or objections to improve sales strategies.
