Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller who are confident, target-driven, and skilled at building relationships over the phone. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, pitch products or services, generate interest, and close sales. This is a performance-based role where your ability to communicate clearly and convert leads directly impacts the business’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling and Sales Conversion:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers from the provided database or lead source.

Clearly explain the company’s product or service offerings and answer any questions customers may have.

Convince potential clients of the benefits and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

Identify customer needs and assess their interest level to qualify leads.

Follow up on warm leads and previous inquiries to convert them into confirmed sales.

Maintain a consistent calling schedule and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
3. Relationship Building:

Build rapport with customers over the phone to establish trust and credibility.

Listen actively to customer needs and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.

Create a positive and lasting impression to ensure future engagement or referrals.
4. CRM and Data Management:

Record all customer interactions, follow-up status, and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system or Excel tracker.

Update lead information, contact details, and response status in real-time.

Ensure no lead is left unattended or missed from follow-up.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets set by the team leader.

Participate in performance reviews and implement feedback provided by the supervisor or trainer.

Share feedback from calls to help refine sales scripts or campaign strategies.
6. Product Knowledge:

Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings, pricing, and benefits.

Stay informed about new product launches, discounts, and promotions.

Effectively communicate value propositions and handle basic technical queries.
7. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with team members, sales executives, and supervisors to align on goals and strategies.

Attend regular training sessions, team meetings, and sales workshops.

Support fellow team members in achieving group targets and share best practices.
