Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to customers using the provided contact database or leads list.
Introduce the company’s products/services, explain features, benefits, and pricing.
Use a script when needed but also personalize communication based on customer responses.
Record call outcomes and update CRM or calling software with accurate details.

2. Lead Generation and Follow-Up

Identify sales opportunities or potential leads during the call.
Follow up with prospects who have shown interest or requested more information.
Pass qualified leads to the sales team or set appointments when necessary.
Ensure timely follow-ups with cold, warm, or hot leads.

3. Customer Engagement

Answer customer queries regarding products, offers, delivery, or general services.
Handle objections or complaints politely and redirect complex issues to senior staff.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy during every customer interaction.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build rapport with customers.

4. Data Entry and Reporting

Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and status reports on leads or customer feedback.
Record daily call volume, conversation outcomes, and follow-up actions in tracking tools or Excel sheets.
Report performance to the team leader or supervisor daily/weekly.

5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams for lead coordination.
Share customer feedback to help improve products, offers, or call strategies.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and techniques.
