Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a confident Telecaller – Purchase Executive to contact companies, warehouses, factories, and contractors to identify dead stock, surplus inventory, and scrap materials for purchase.

The role focuses on lead generation, calling decision-makers, and fixing meetings for the field purchase team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to companies and vendors.

  • Introduce company services for buying dead stock and scrap.

  • Identify potential sellers and collect material details.

  • Generate qualified leads for purchase team.

  • Fix site visits and meetings.

  • Maintain call records and lead database.

  • Follow up regularly with interested sellers.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years experience in telecalling / inside sales / lead generation.

  • Good communication skills in English + local language.

  • Confident phone etiquette.

  • Ability to convince and build interest.

  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in scrap, surplus, logistics, industrial trading.

  • Knowledge of industrial materials (added advantage).
