REQUIRED TELECALLER plus SKIP TRACER
NEED 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
12TH PASS + GRADUATION
LOCATION:- NORTH DELHI

Traces skips for creditors or other concerned parties: Searches city and telephone directories, and street listings, and inquires at post office.

Interviews, telephones, or writes former neighbors, stores, friends, relatives, and former employers to elicit information pertaining to whereabouts of skips.

Follows up each lead and prepares report of investigation to creditor.

May trace individuals for purposes of serving legal papers.

May contact debtors by mail or phone to attempt collection of money owed.

Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

Good Communication Skills
Good Problem-solving skills over the call
High energy level
