 Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Nimble Technology's web and app development services.

• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into clients.

• Achieve monthly targets set by the company, with a minimum requirement of acquiring 4 clients per month for fixed salary option.

• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during all interactions.

Salary and Commission Terms:

1. Salary Option 1:

• Monthly salary range: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 (based on achieving monthly targets).

• Monthly target: Telecaller Sales Executive must acquire a minimum of 4 clients per month to qualify for the fixed salary.

• Salary disbursal: Salaries will be paid on a monthly basis.

2. Salary Option 2:

• Commission-based: Telecaller Sales Executive will receive a commission of 20% on every successful deal closed.

• No fixed salary; earnings solely based on commission from deals closed.

• Commission disbursal: Commissions will be paid upon successful closure of deals.
