Telecaller Sales Executive
Job Description
Employment Type: Full-time, work-from-home position.
Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive.
Location: Remote (work from home).
Working Hours: Flexible, based on productivity and client availability.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Nimble Technology's web and app development services.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into clients.
Achieve monthly targets set by the company, with a minimum requirement of acquiring 4 clients per month for fixed salary option.
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
Salary and Commission Terms:
1. Salary Option 1:
Monthly salary range: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 (based on achieving monthly targets).
Monthly target: Telecaller Sales Executive must acquire a minimum of 4 clients per month to qualify for the fixed salary.
Salary disbursal: Salaries will be paid on a monthly basis.
2. Salary Option 2:
Commission-based: Telecaller Sales Executive will receive a commission of 20% on every successful deal closed.
No fixed salary; earnings solely based on commission from deals closed.
Commission disbursal: Commissions will be paid upon successful closure of deals.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Educational Requirement: Minimum qualification is 12th pass.
2. Skills Requirement:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
