Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and service goals. Proper training with salary provided, furthermore attractive hike and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate information about  services.
• Record feedback and escalate complaints to the appropriate departments.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification:  Graduate or Post graduate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil or local languages.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Work Environment:

• Full-time position.
