About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our training courses & packages
2. Answer questions about training courses or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Enter and update customer information in the database
5. Take and process details in an accurate manner
6. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
7. Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
