Radio license issuance:
Provide Radio licenses from CLicS tool for 4G and 5G roll-out for customer network, based on the Sales Orders.
Provide Emergency radio licenses for Radio controllers or Radio sites, based on the emergency raised by the customer.
Tracking all Radio licenses by maintaining appropriate database.
3rd Party PO issuance:
Track all 3rd party AMC renewals with Nokia vendors supporting V! network.
Validate Installed base with help from concerned CaPM for respective network elements, needing 3rd party support.
Process CDB request and co-ordinate with CPM team for generating POs, based on Supplier Agreement received from Central team.
Reporting:
Collating inputs from all stakeholders and preparing Review slides for Monthly SNOC Review, Monthly ORM and quarterly Circle reviews.
Compiling details for CARE quarterly Deliverable Sign-off after taking inputs from respective CTMs.
Extracting SWS cases’ report from Sales Force tool and summarizing the same for reviews
CDB Support:
Updating HWS Positive list in CDB based on inputs received from HWS team.
Updating SVo details for new contracts in CDB with help from CaPM.
Generating QCs for any new Spare POs received and coordinating with logistics teams for the same.
Team Co-ordination:
Co-ordinating within team and outside for any special events and occasions.
Laptop asset management.
Skillset:
Proficiency is MS Excel
Excellence in MS PowerPoint
Power BI is an added advantage
Good communication skills
MIS Reporting
Data Analysis
