This is an on-site, internship role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Rajkot. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for cold calling potential customers, explaining the products and services offered by the company, and persuading them to make a purchase. The Telemarketing Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a database of potential and existing customers, tracking sales, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

• Experience with telemarketing or sales
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good time management and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and a desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office etc.
• Any degree or equivalent
• Multilingual proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is a plus
