Tata Medical Center Kolkata (TMC Kolkata) invites application for the position Telephone Operator

Education Requirement: Any Graduate, BHM

Total Vacancy: 1 Post

Job Locations: Kolkata

Experience: 1 - 5 years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. BHM is preferable

Experience: Minimum one year of experience in handling EPBX system or any telephone board.

Additional Skills required: 
a) Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
b) Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines
c) Analytical and problem-solving skills
d) Customer Services experience preferred.
