Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for sales and collection activities.

• Explain products/services to customers and generate sales opportunities.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and collections.

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets within the given timelines.

• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.

• Address basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, sales, and collections.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / relevant educational qualification preferred.

• Hindi & English communication skills are mandatory.

• Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
