Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic health products.
- Explain the features, benefits, and ingredients of products clearly and convincingly.
- Understand customer concerns and recommend Ayurvedic solutions that meet their needs.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to drive repeat purchases.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and empathetically.
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings, Ayurvedic principles, and wellness trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Language Skills: Proficient in spoken English and [insert local language as needed].

Communication: Clear speech, good listening skills, confidence on the phone.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ability to work with CRMs or dialers.
