Job Description
- We are looking for candidates who were having sound knowledge in English and Kannada language for fast paced insurance sector Centrum is a leading intermediary in the Insurance industry, licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
- As your insurance advisor, our emphasis is not to sell, but to help you buy the right cover & policy.
- We focus on advising cost-effective and customized insurance packages for you.
- In the event of a claim, our team will work closely with you to ensure that the process is smooth and the settlement, swift.
- Educational Qualification: SSLC (PASS/ FAIL, 11, 12, undergraduate).
Key Responsibility for Telesales for Freshers.
- CTC up to 1,20,000 /- per annum.
- Call to clients and explain about our products.
- Convert calls to closure level.
- Pleasant speaking and excellent presentation manner.
- Ready to work with fast paced environment.
- Working primarily from internal database.
- Serve as primary customer service professional.
- Self-motivated.
- Proven ability to sell through objections.
- Maintain and increase sales of company products .
- Keeping up to date product information and competitor.
- Getting reference from clients.
- Timely Reporting to Team Leader.
