Designation: Inside Sales Executive/Tele Caller
Job Location: Delhi
- Handling Enquiries.
- Search for supplier
- Sending inquiries to them, Follow up with supplier for quotation, Negotiate with the supplier for Discount, Credit.
- Sending quotation to Customer, follow up with the customer for PO, PO process to Supplier, PI follow up with supplier, then follow up with accounts for payment, then follow up with supplier for Material.
- Submitting Tenders and offers through E-portals.
- Negotiations.
- Punching and Execution of orders through Magento/SAP.
- Invoicing and ensuring the dispatches.
- Payment follow-ups.
- Handling and closing customer complaints.
- Handling Distributors.

We also offer various technology enabled solutions to increase efficiency and reduce time and cost for procurement of industrial consumables used for Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) activities. We are a team of 75 people in Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Accounts, Technology and Content.
Bulk MRO is Founded by twin brothers Gaurang and Devang Shah. They both graduated from University of Pennsylvania's dual degree program in Finance (Wharton School) and Engineering. Gaurang was a consultant at McKinsey & Co's New York Office and Devang was a trader at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup's New York trading desks.
