Job Description
Job Profile:
- Tele-calling on given database to generate leads.
- Fixing appointments of leads generated for the sales team.
- Handling customer enquiries/queries and suggesting solutions as per the solution metrics.
- Handling and managing backend operations.
- Scheduling Technicians visits and informing the technician and client .
- Preparing MIS of Calling done and Leads Generated.
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must be willing to do tele-calling.
- Must have working knowledge of MS word and Excel.
- Salary : 12K – 15K plus incentives.
- Wanted : Female candidates only
- Job Location : South City 1, Gurgaon
- Joining : Immediate.
