Telesales Executive
Job Description
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Should have the flair for sales for generating leads for various loan products
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level

PROMOTERS
Mr D N Raju is a seasoned banker with an overall experience of more than two decades of Banking career working at senior levels. He has vast experience in Retail or Consumer banking, Treasury, SME Banking, Investment Banking. He is the founder and has a vision to disrupt the banking system through digitization.
Mrs D Annapura : Is a software professional on Banking Domain. She is an active partner contributing to develop a robust & technically strong website and other related platforms

Mr. Ramesh Babu is MBA, MCOM, CWA (I), PGDMSM with an experience of 36 years in Marketing & Sales Management. He initiated his career as an Officer with Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) and recorded INR 5.11 Cr Sales during the probation period of one year which still remains a National Record. His continuous success is a case study in all Sales Training Centers of LIC. Has experience of over 30 years which includes 5 years in the field of Aluminum. He has been on advisory roles on Financial administration to various companies. Currently Presently Industries Financial advisor to Telangana State Industrial Health Clinic Ltd (A Subsidiary to Telangana State Industries Deptt) apart from being the part of the management group of LoanGyani.

Today, LoanGyani is represented by a team of professionals, (all MBAs, CAs, CFAs, Ex-Bankers, Cost Accountants, Engineers) having among them over 150 man years of rich experience and knowledge of the entire global spectrum of financial products and services, and about all industries, both in the manufacturing and service sector. They are also very well connected with people at senior management levels in most of the Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs and Corporate Houses.
