Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships over phone to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Selling Membership over the phone.
- Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
- Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the packages
- Providing the right customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity,
- Basic Computer knowledge
- candidate should have General degree (BE/B.tech candidates are not eligible)
