Job Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in tele calling.
Preference for Health insurance, life insurance, Vehicle insurance work experienced people Or Any Sales experience will also consider.

Position Summary:

Rapport building and bonding with new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. Generate leads and keep updated knowledge on the latest products available in the market.
Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients, introducing new products, answering queries, offering advice, meeting with clients virtually or during sales visit and establishing new business.
Maintain and update accurate records on the Customer Relationship Management (C.R.M.).

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads from the cold data for the retail channel.
Responsible for converting the prospects into closures.
Generate Referral payments.
Daily they need to do 100 calls; value calls should be 40 and should maintain 200mnts of productivity.

Key Technical Skills:

Experience managing client issues based on criticality and priority.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication
Error-free and accent-neutral English diction
Customer-focused, with a can-do attitude, English and Telugu languages are essential.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
