Responsibilities:

2. Provide detailed information about travel services, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and tour packages, and generate leads.

3. Answer customer queries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings and services.

4. Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and assist customers in finalizing their travel plans.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.

6. Meet monthly targets for calls, bookings, or conversions related to travel services.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2. Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

3. Ability to speak English, and Hindi fluently.

4. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude, especially in the travel industry.

5. Previous experience in telecalling or travel sales is a plus but not mandatory.
