Job Role

We are looking for a Telesales executive to join as BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) expert. you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build strong relationships with clients, and ultimately achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

1.    Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote banking, financial, and insurance products and services.

2.    Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions by effectively explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.

3.    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and proactive communication.

4.    Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.

5.    Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

6.    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
