Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to inform them about products or services, generate interest, and convert leads into successful sales. This is a high-impact, target-oriented role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls

Make daily outbound calls to leads provided by the marketing team or CRM database.

Initiate conversations to introduce company offerings, understand customer requirements, and present solutions effectively.

Deliver well-structured and persuasive sales pitches tailored to the customer’s needs.
2. Inbound Sales and Query Handling

Handle incoming customer calls, respond to product inquiries, and provide information about pricing, features, or benefits.

Convert queries into confirmed sales by explaining product advantages clearly and confidently.
3. Lead Qualification and Conversion

Identify genuine prospects and qualify leads based on product relevance and customer interest.

Maintain consistent follow-up with potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to nurture them through the sales funnel.
4. Sales Target Achievement

Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service quality and professionalism.
5. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.

Address objections or concerns proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Record Keeping and Reporting

Accurately maintain logs of all conversations in CRM systems, including customer details, call outcomes, feedback, and next steps.

Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports and share them with the team leader or sales manager.
7. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with field sales executives or other departments for seamless customer onboarding or issue resolution.

Participate in team meetings, product training, and workshops to improve skills and product knowledge.
