BPO/Telecaller
Job Description
The BPO/Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a sales-driven mindset.
What you’ll do
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about banking products and services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that add value to their banking experience
- Develop a deep understanding of our banking products and services to identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 10th /12 or Bachelor's degree can apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi or English
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to pitch products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer objections and persuade them to make a purchase.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM software.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Keep records of sales performance and call feedback.
- Work closely with sales managers and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
