Qualification - Any degree Eligible
Role - Telesales executive - field work
Real estate experience with 3 years 28k to 30
Experience any telecalling Salary - 20000Take Home 18000 with High Incentives Up to ( male petrol allowance)
Location - All Over Chennai
Time: 10 to 6
Week off: female (Sunday) male (Tuesday)
Training Provided By Company Side
With a good level of English & fluently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
-
Contact potential customers by phone to inform them about available real estate properties or upcoming projects.
-
Source leads from various platforms such as online inquiries, CRM systems, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
-
Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, investment preferences, budget, and location choices.
-
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested prospects for follow-up and conversion.
2. Client Communication & Follow-Up:
-
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads with a persuasive and professional approach.
-
Handle inbound queries regarding property availability, pricing, and project details.
-
Maintain regular contact with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, or SMS until they are ready for a site visit or deal closure.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team or real estate consultants.
3. Product Knowledge & Consultation:
-
Develop a strong understanding of the real estate inventory, including residential and commercial properties.

Communicate property features, benefits, floor plans, amenities, pricing, and payment plans clearly to potential clients.

Address client queries, objections, and concerns with accurate information and confidence.
-
Advise customers on suitable property options based on their needs and investment goals.
4. CRM Management & Reporting:

Update and maintain customer data and call activity logs in the CRM system.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

Provide reports on leads, appointments scheduled, and potential closures to the team leader or sales manager.

Maintain a disciplined approach to lead follow-up and documentation.
5. Sales Coordination:
-
Liaise with the on-ground sales team to ensure smooth coordination for site visits and client meetings.

Ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads from telesales to field sales.
-
Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, or webinars as required.
6. Target Achievement:
-
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and appointments set.
-
Work consistently towards meeting or exceeding sales conversion KPIs set by management.

Contribute to the achievement of team and organizational revenue goals.

Fluent in English and local language (as applicable).

Clear and engaging telephone etiquette.

Ability to listen actively and speak confidently with a persuasive tone.
