Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, persuasive, and target-driven individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives. This role is focused on making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, explaining offerings, and converting leads into confirmed sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by handling telephonic interactions with customers and guiding them through the sales process.
The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in communication, and capable of handling objections and pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Conversion

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from lead databases, CRM systems, or campaign lists.

Explain product or service details, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.

Understand customer requirements, identify buying signals, and persuade them to make a purchase.
2. Inbound Call Handling

Attend inbound calls from interested customers, address their queries, and attempt sales conversions.

Maintain professionalism, politeness, and clarity in every call.
3. Lead Qualification

Qualify leads based on interest level, need, budget, and urgency.

Record all essential customer information accurately in CRM.
4. Sales Target Achievement

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the team leader or sales manager.

Follow structured scripts or call guidelines while personalizing the conversation based on customer feedback.
5. Follow-ups & Customer Engagement

Maintain regular follow-up with prospects who have shown interest.

Address objections, clarify doubts, and handle rejection in a calm and constructive manner.

Engage with clients over phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email depending on the communication preference.
6. CRM & Reporting

Accurately log call details, lead status, and follow-up tasks into the CRM system.

Share end-of-day or weekly reports with your supervisor.

Keep all lead stages and funnel updated for easy team access and analysis.
Required Skills
1. Communication & Sales Abilities

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).

Confident tone, persuasive approach, and listening skills.

Strong ability to convince customers over the phone.
2. Technical Skills

Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, CRM tools, email handling.

Ability to use phones, dialer systems, and chat platforms efficiently.
