Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound & Inbound Calling

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists or databases.

  • Respond to incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.

  • Follow a script or key talking points to ensure consistency and clarity during calls.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads.

  • Convert inquiries into sales, appointments, or scheduled demonstrations.

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand customer needs, concerns, and preferences to offer appropriate solutions.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Ensure all calls comply with legal and company guidelines regarding customer privacy.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Record call details, customer information, and outcomes in CRM or Excel sheets.

  • Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the team leader or manager.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales strategies and lead quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Basic knowledge of telemarketing techniques and sales processes.

  • Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven attitude.

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
