Job Brief:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
• The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and sale increase in business

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about our products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database

Requirements

• Very good command over English & Hindi - both written & verbal
• Job experience not necessary as we will be giving training
• Any Graduate, minimum qualification should be 12th standard

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
