Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company’s lead database or through cold calling.

Promote and explain products or services clearly, persuasively, and confidently over the phone.

Identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide detailed information on offerings.

Persuade customers to make a purchase, register, or take the next step toward conversion.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification:

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, referrals, or inbound queries.

Qualify leads by assessing their interest level, purchasing power, and urgency.

Accurately record information from conversations for future reference and follow-up.
3. Sales Conversion:

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics, including call volumes and conversion rates.

Handle objections effectively, overcome doubts, and guide the prospect toward a successful close.

Negotiate offers and pricing where applicable, in coordination with supervisors.
4. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:

Maintain a positive, professional tone in every interaction.

Build rapport with customers, providing a helpful and friendly experience.

Follow up with interested customers, ensuring timely updates and consistent communication.
5. CRM and Data Entry:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, lead status, and outcomes using the company’s CRM system.

Update customer contact information and log every stage of the sales funnel.

Track daily activities and submit reports to the reporting manager.
6. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with field sales or customer service teams to ensure seamless lead transition and customer onboarding.

Share feedback on common customer objections or questions to improve sales strategies.

Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly.
