Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM or sales software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
