Position Overview:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote products or services, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed sales. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable offerings, handling objections, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent speaking skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation

Call potential customers using pre-generated or sourced lead lists.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a convincing and professional manner.

Answer questions about the product or service and handle objections confidently.

Encourage customers to purchase by highlighting benefits and limited-time offers.

Close sales and process orders over the phone or schedule follow-ups for more complex sales.
2. Lead Management and Follow-up

Maintain a database of leads and update their status after each call.

Follow up with prospects who expressed interest but did not convert immediately.

Re-engage previous or dormant customers and inform them of new offers or updates.

Schedule callbacks and appointments for field representatives, if needed.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain good rapport with customers through polite and professional communication.

Understand customer preferences and provide personalized solutions.

Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and escalate issues when required.

Strive to provide a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business.
4. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate call logs, customer information, and sales records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls made, sales achieved, and conversion rates.
