North Bengal Tourism is currently hiring female candidates for Customer Support and Travel Consultation roles at our Siliguri office.
Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls and WhatsApp
Assist clients regarding tour packages and travel planning
Follow up with customer leads and bookings
Maintain professional communication with customers

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and basic English
Comfortable handling customers on call & WhatsApp
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Smart, responsible and professional attitude
