Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Lead Generation

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or special offers.

Inbound Calls Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers, provide product information, and convert inquiries into sales.

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining how the company's products or services can meet those needs.

Sales Pitch: Present the company’s products/services to customers, highlighting their benefits and value propositions, while addressing any concerns or objections.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Actively suggest additional products or services to customers, increasing sales volume and value.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs through active listening and tailored questioning to offer the best solutions.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and follow-ups.

Retention Strategies: Encourage repeat business by staying in touch with customers, offering support, and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Achieving Sales Targets

Meet Sales Quotas: Achieve individual and team sales targets by consistently making calls, closing sales, and generating revenue.

Record and Track Performance: Track all customer interactions, sales activities, and results in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.

Report Progress: Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities, goals, and targets.
4. Product Knowledge and Training

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to answer customer inquiries effectively.

Ongoing Training: Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product understanding, staying current with market trends.
5. Administrative and Reporting Tasks

Maintain Database: Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the company’s database.

Follow Up: Follow up with customers on past interactions, send additional information if required, and close any pending sales opportunities.

Handling Customer Complaints: Address customer concerns or complaints with a solution-focused approach, escalating issues to higher management if necessary.
