Job Summary
The Telesales Executive is a vital member of the sales team responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services, and closing sales through telephone communications. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Customer Outreach

2. Product Knowledge and Promotion

3. Sales Process Management

Manage the entire telesales cycle from lead generation to closing, including negotiation and objection handling.

Record customer interactions, feedback, and sales data accurately in CRM or sales tracking tools.

Schedule product demonstrations or follow-up meetings for senior sales personnel when necessary.

4. Customer Relationship Management
