Rocket Deals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for proactive Telecalling Executives to handle incoming personal loan enquiries. The role involves speaking with customers who have already applied for a loan, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in getting connected with suitable loan options through our partner banks.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers who have submitted personal loan requests
Review and confirm customer information and loan requirements
Share details of personal loan offerings from partner banks
Assist customers throughout the application and approval journey
Coordinate with internal teams and banks for smooth case processing
Follow up regularly to move applications toward successful closure
Update customer interactions and lead status in the system
Work towards assigned targets while ensuring service quality
