As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling products or services by calling prospective clients, explaining the company’s offerings, answering questions, and guiding customers through the buying process. This is a target-driven role that requires persistence, resilience, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Calls

Contact potential or existing customers using company-provided leads or databases.

Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.

Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.

Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
