We are well known group of company working in more than 18 big industries like Credit Cooperative, Insurance, Microcredit, Retail, Pharma, FMCG, Real estate etc on pan India in 28 states and two union territories with the team of more than 3000 employees in more than 350 Branches and our head office is situated in the capital of Uttar Pradesh i'e Lucknow.

About profile:-

We are looking forward a confident and result-driven Client Relationship Executive cum Telesales professional who excels at converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong persuasion skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build trust quickly over calls. This role focuses on lead follow-up, sales conversion, and long-term customer relationship building.

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow *Permanent / Local residents of Lucknow who are living in nearest area of Alambagh, Lucknow will prefer for selection.*

  • Job type:- Permanent, Full time.
  • Job timing:- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Require work experience, edu. qualification and skills:-

  • Graduate in any discipline. (Preference – MBA Marketing)
  • Min 1 years of experience in Telesales & customer service.
  • Strong communication in Hindi & English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and target-oriented.

Key role and responsibilities:-

  • Call potential and existing customers to explain products/services and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and maintain a high conversion ratio
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Follow up with warm and cold leads in a structured manner
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up data, and sales reports in Excel/CRM
  • Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Resolve customer queries confidently and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and smooth customer experience
  • Maintain and update customer database and communication records
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Ensure professional communication and positive brand representation at all times

Required Skills & Qualities :

  • Strong sales and closing skills (must be comfortable asking for the sale).
  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
  • Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented personality.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into conversions.
  • Good follow-up discipline and customer relationship skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM systems.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and ability to perform under sales targets.

Salary:- Rs.20,000-25,000/- + Incentives + other benefits (negotiable).

*Interview will held in head office Alambagh, Lucknow in working days b/t 12:00-05:00 PM.
