Job Description
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Experience: Min. 6 Months (Direct Sales/Telesales) Education: 12th Pass / HSC Minimum
The RoleConvert existing customers from a 6-month Free Trial to a Paid Subscription. High-intent leads; focus is strictly on Sales Conversion.
Language Requirements (Hiring for 4 Processes)You must be fluent in Hindi/English (for internal use) PLUS any one of the following:
Gujarati (Native fluency)
Marathi (Native fluency)
Tamil (Native fluency)
Telugu (Native fluency)
Outbound Sales: Call customers whose trials are ending.
Closing: Convince users to subscribe based on their trial experience.
Targets: Meet daily/monthly conversion quotas.
Persistence: Handle objections and build rapport in the regional language.
Mandatory 6+ months sales experience.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
