Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven TeleSales Executive to join our insurance sales team. This role is primarily responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers, generating appointments, and closing insurance sales over the phone. The position is highly target-oriented and best suited for individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
The selected candidate will engage with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements, explain suitable insurance products clearly, and convert leads into confirmed sales. Maintaining accurate call records, follow-ups, and basic customer information is an essential part of the role. The TeleSales Executive will be expected to consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
This position includes comprehensive on-the-job training, covering insurance products, sales techniques, compliance basics, and call-handling skills. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn and perform is critical.
