Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive at our educational firm will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational products and services through outbound calls to potential customers. The candidate must have a persuasive attitude, and a strong passion for helping individuals achieve their educational goals. The primary goal of this role is to drive sales and contribute to the growth of Our Reputed Firm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce our educational offerings.
2. Explain the features and benefits of our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns they might have.
3. Provide accurate information about course content, pricing, payment plans, and admission requirements.
4. Maintain a strong understanding of the educational firm's offerings and keep up-to-date with any changes or updates.
5. Follow the sales script and guidelines while also adapting communication to the needs and preferences of each individual.
6. Build and manage a database of potential customers, keeping accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company management.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.
9. Handle objections effectively and attempt to convert potential leads into confirmed enrolments.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while representing our firm to potential customers.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: -
1. The ideal candidate should have 1year of experience in telesales.
2. And excellent communication skills.
3. An excellent product selling knowledge.
- Compensation includes a base salary and commission structure based on sales performance.
- Training will be provided to familiarize the candidate with the educational firm's products and services.
