Job Description
Job Summary
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients by telephone, explaining the features and benefits of personal loans and credit cards, answering questions, and closing sales. Your role will be crucial in converting leads into active customers by offering appropriate financial products based on their needs and eligibility.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of financial products, and a results-oriented approach. Experience in banking, telesales, or telecalling is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion

Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database or lead management system.

Promote and explain features of various personal loans and credit card products offered through partner banks and NBFCs.

Understand the financial requirements of each customer and match them with the best available loan or card option.

Educate customers about interest rates, tenure, charges, documentation, eligibility criteria, and application processes.

Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but not yet completed their application.
Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers over the phone and maintain a positive, courteous attitude.

Answer questions related to financial products, policies, application processes, and repayment options.

Clarify customer doubts and provide relevant information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Documentation & Application Processing

Collect and verify preliminary customer details such as age, employment, income, and credit history.

Guide customers through the digital or paper-based application process.

Coordinate with internal teams and bank partners to ensure timely processing of loan/card applications.

Ensure all customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion, call volume, and sales performance.

Provide feedback to the team leader or sales manager about customer behavior, product feedback, and market trends.
