Looking for a vibrant, English-speaking candidate for lead generation and telesales.
FEMALE candidates are preferred
ENGLISH Language is a must.
Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing customers to promote our printer rental and lease services.
Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable products and services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the printing industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and emails.
Handle customer objections and negotiate contracts effectively.
Enter, update, and maintain customer information in the database accurately.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop new strategies for business growth.
Provide feedback from customers to enhance services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of the printing industry and printer technology is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
