Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Sales & Revenue Growth
✅ Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive e-commerce sales.
✅ Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and closing deals.
✅ Identify and target potential customers via phone, email, and chat.
✅ Work with marketing teams to optimize sales funnels and conversion rates.
✅ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2️⃣ Team Leadership & Performance Management
✅ Recruit, train, and mentor telesales executives.
✅ Monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM tools.
✅ Provide sales scripts, product training, and coaching for better conversions.
✅ Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and motivation sessions.
3️⃣ Customer Relationship Management
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
✅ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
✅ Improve customer retention and reduce churn by offering tailored solutions.
4️⃣ Data Analysis & Reporting
✅ Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and revenue.
✅ Work closely with product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
