Job Title: Telesales Manager
Location: Jhotwara, Jaipur
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales. This is an in-office position located in Jhotwara, Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products/services.
- Conduct cold calling and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to handle rejection.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Must have a laptop (for work tasks).
- Graduate diploma; a degree in business is a plus. Pursuing can also apply.
