• Offer digital marketing services to clients, conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business
•  USA cold calling, sales, maintaining relationship with existing clients, converting business, team handling
• Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
