Job Description
Coordinator:
- Deal with customer complaints or issues and follow-ups.
- good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assist in vendor relationship management.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualification:
- 1. Minimum Bachelors Degree.
- 2. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- 3. Excellent communication skills both in English and Hindi. Any other dialects/language is an added advantage.
- 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
