Job Title: Tender Sales Executive
Location: [Ahmedabad, Gujarat]

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and evaluate potential tenders from government portals, private clients, and other sources.
· Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, technical, operations) to gather the necessary inputs for tender submissions.
· Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, tender proposals, and related documentation.
· Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of proposals.
· Analyze tender requirements, terms, and conditions to determine risks and feasibility.
· Develop and maintain a tender tracker/database for monitoring and reporting.
· Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and follow up on submitted tenders.
· Support negotiations and post-tender processes including clarifications and contract finalizations.
· Maintain records of submitted and successful tenders for future reference and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
· Having experience in sales, tendering, or business development roles or credit card or insurance
· Familiarity with tendering platforms and procurement portals (e.g., GeM, etc.).
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· If required from client u need to go for meeting in the field .
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

· Keep Records of Clients Products & Services.
· Generating Promising Leads / Meeting.
