  • ·        Managing Organised Trade : MT Retails /RMT/E-COM/OP/HORECA/QSR/FSR/Railway
  • ·        Handling a Turnover of Rs35CR annually in Key Customers : FRL/Grofers/GPIL/KB/KFC/BurgerKing/PVR/LeMarche
  • ·        DrivingVibrantBrand Portfolio like :PEPSI/TROPICANA/GATORADE/AQUAFINA/LIPTON/STING in across all Customers.
  • ·        Manage 358 Outlets with the team of 9 PSR & 4Scale Distributor Partners.
  • ·        Acquired 2 Food & Service Chains at National and Reginal level which turn out into the business of 35 lacs
  • ·        Managing 15 MT Merchandisers,Promoters & Supervisor teamfor drivingLong term Vision of VBL Company through its Vibrant Bevrages Portfolio.
  • ·        Ensure Gate meeting twice in a week & do workwiths. Review Regular sales performance & appraise Performers.
  • ·        Ensured Primary & Secondary targets of team, Weekly & Monthly Business Review with all DB,PSR& Key Accounts.
  • ·        Business Review& Firm up Sales plans for the Month/Quarteralignment with BDM/Brand/Store & regionalteam.
  • ·        Ensure In-StoreExecution  with the adherence of TOT Guidelines& use optimum utilization of Space.
  • ·        Organized timely Prepration, Submission & settlement of all Distributor TS/Damage Claims/Shortages.
  • ·        Ensure to Share Weekly OFR/MTD,YTD Performance/Short Sku Tracker with all Store & Regional teams.
  • ·        Ensure Coordination with CFA & Storeteam & Resulted deliver 87 to 92% OFR.
  • ·        Ensuring Submit Right forecasting to the BDM of required stock on basis of Plans/Trend/Marketing Input.
  • ·        Ensure close Regional Commercial Issues Credit/Debit Note/Pending Payments&Quarterly reconciliation
  • ·        Ensure to Fix up the Daily issues, Gaps & provide Solution with Prompt Action.
  • ·        Cordination and managing the timely release of Advertisement & Marketing fund to the customers.
  • ·        Identify issues &Oppurtunities in to Store at Brand/Sku level looking at Internal & External Stake holders.
  • Monitoring Promo effectiveness on the SKU/Brand& give inputs in Promo Planning through Analysis our Competitor’s activity
