Overview:
We are looking for a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to drive sales, distribution, and market expansion in the assigned territory for our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, knowledge of the FMCG industry, and the ability to manage relationships with distributors and retailers.
1) Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
2) Promote products and Manage and maintain a robust distribution network
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree
2) 5 years of sales experience in FMCG or related industry

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Market Expansion:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new markets, retailers, and distributors.
- Drive product visibility, shelf placement, and in-store promotions.
2. Distributor & Retailer Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and payment collection.
- Negotiate and execute trade promotions, schemes, and discounts.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and product performance.
- Suggest strategies for improving sales and market share.
4. Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain daily sales reports, stock records, and business updates.
- Work closely with the sales manager, marketing team, and supply chain.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
