About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing brand trends
2. Researching and understanding brand design direction and integrity
3. Developing new designs, according to seasons and needs of our customers
4. Taking ownership of the responsibilities & deliver results
5. Researching current textile trends through comp shopping, trend magazines, textiles exhibits, markets, and art shows
6. Using specialist software and CAD programs to develop a range of designs
7. Creating trend boards for seasonal designs, textile market reviews, customer selections, and brand presentations
8. Forecasting colors, trends, and designs for export markets
9. Creating samples with tailors and other craftspersons
10. Deciding quality check parameters for new products' branding and packaging designs
11. Sharing reference image for photo-shoots of new products & its content
12. Creating design variations based on launched products
13. Providing production-ready art, patterns, and colorways for both print and electronic formats
